Our online news agency is a public website, open for free and free placement of information materials by registered users. No payment for the use of blogs and payment of royalties to the authors of blogs is made.

Our project needs
- People’s bloggers – authors write about events happening in their city, region: about the arrival of the president, federal ministers, about fire, about plane crashes, etc. These are reports “from the field”, with photos and videos, or simply with a story about what they have seen.
- Expert bloggers – authors are specialists, professionals in their field, about which they write. A doctor writes about health care problems in the Russian Federation, a teacher writes about problems at school, a seismologist comments on earthquakes, etc.
What texts are published on our website?
We have certain requirements for the materials posted by bloggers. You must be a specialist in the field and subject to which you will dedicate your blog. Or an eyewitness of specific events. We are primarily interested in event posts related to news events. Photo illustrations and videos are welcome.
Content requirements
What kind of posts we reject:
- open letters and appeals, announcements of events, adverts, details for fundraisers
- Posts that comment on site content: broadcasts, posts by other bloggers. In such cases, use the commenting system to express your opinion.
- posts that consist of a large number of quotations (the amount of quotations should not exceed 15% of the total text).
- Digest posts (a list of events and the reactions they caused in the society).
- texts that are not authored by you, even if the source of the material is indicated (original text).

Formatting requirements
- It is recommended to limit the volume of the text: no more than 3500 characters
- it is necessary to provide links to reliable authoritative sources of information
- If you are a regular blogger of other media and the post sent to us has already been posted on another resource, you should provide a link to the original and notify the editor that this resource does not object to publication on our site.
- video duration – no more than 5 minutes
- number of photos – no more than 5 in one post
- if the author of the photo is not you, it is necessary to specify the photographer/agency and confirm that the copyright holder authorised you to use the photo for publication on our website.
- do not abuse formatting (italics, bold, etc.).
- the title should be as short as possible, in the format “as in a sentence” (the first letter should be capitalised, the rest should be lowercase, taking into account proper names).
- first name, surname and occupation should be written in Cyrillic characters
- the occupation should be as brief and clear as possible: teacher, lawyer, doctor, etc. Please note that it is not recommended to use the name, surname and occupation in Cyrillic characters. Please note that it is not recommended to include “blogger” as “occupation”. The editor will ask for specificity in this definition
