Kering has created a separate jewellery division, Kering Jewelry

French holding company Kering SA, which owns famous fashion brands, is creating a new division that will include jewellery manufacturers owned by the holding.

According to a company statement, the Kering Jewelry division will be headed by Jean-Marc Dupleix. He will combine this position with the position of chief operating officer of the entire group. The division will include the Boucheron, Pomellato, DoDo, Qeelin and Raselli Franco Group brands.

Kering’s largest division will be the apparel and leather goods business, bringing together the Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, McQueen and Brioni brands. The Gucci brand will be reported separately because of its importance to the group. The holding also includes the eyewear division of Kering Eyewear (Lindberg and Maui Jim brands, as well as eyewear from Gucci, Cartier and other brands).

The company will publish accounts in a new format, reflecting internal corporate changes, from the first quarter of 2026.

Kering shares fell 1.9 per cent on Tuesday. Since the beginning of the year, the company’s capitalisation has fallen by almost 20% to 30.6 billion euros.
