Norwegian skier Klebo wins his tenth gold medal at the Olympics

Norwegian skier Johannes Klebo won his 10th gold medal of the Winter Olympics, extending the record he previously set at the Milan-Cortina Olympics.

Klebo and his Norwegian teammate Einar Hedegaert won the team sprint in the free discipline. The USA took the silver medal and Italy took the bronze.

It was the 29-year-old Klebo’s fifth gold medal at these Games alone, meaning he has won every discipline he has competed in with one more discipline to go.

Klebo won three gold medals at the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang and two more medals in Beijing in 2022. He also has a silver and bronze medal from the Beijing Games.
