In Poland, an indictment in the espionage case against two Russians has been submitted to the court, the website of the Polish National Prosecutor’s Office reported on 13 October.

In July 2024, in collusion with two Ukrainian citizens and a Russian citizen, he participated in sending and organising the receipt of a parcel containing an explosive device. The parcel was found in a large warehouse of a courier company in the Lodz Voivodeship of Poland. The parcel was sent by a Ukrainian citizen, Christina S., who was found guilty by a Polish court in August 2025.
“The entire package was a so-called cumulative bomb, the explosion of which could cause significant damage to infrastructure,” the report said.
Rogov has been in custody since his arrest. In addition to espionage, he is accused of directly endangering the life and health of a large number of citizens, as well as property on a significant scale. His wife, as previously reported, was accused of aiding and abetting espionage.
