Revenue of Ukraine’s top 10 IT companies exceeded UAH 54 billion

Who made it to the top ten of the Opendatabot 2026 Index?

54.67bn UAH was the total revenue of the top IT companies from the Opendatabot 2026 index. This is 3% less than the total revenue of the leading companies in 2025. UAH 2.69bn is the “entrance ticket” to the top 10 best companies. The top three remained unchanged, but 4 newcomers were added to the list.

UAH 54.67bn of revenue was received by the top ten largest IT companies of the Opendatabota 2026 index, which is 3% less than a year earlier. Despite this, the “entrance ticket” to the top 10 has not changed much: if in 2025 it was UAH 2.6bn, in 2026 – UAH 2.69bn.

The top three remained unchanged. The first place is traditionally occupied by GlobalLogic Ukraine (GlobalLogic). Last year, the company lost 7% of revenue, but managed to increase its profit by 15% – up to UAH 748 million. The company notes that the stability of the business is supported, in particular, by systemic social responsibility.

“GlobalLogic’s more than 5,500 Ukrainian engineers maintain pre-war productivity levels, working on more than 500 international projects. During the year, the company attracted 50 new customers, which supports the stability of the business. At the same time, about 400 employees serve in the Armed Forces, and the company systematically supports charitable initiatives. In particular, we recently doubled the team’s donation for Superhumans – in total we donated UAH 1.5 million, which will allow us to prosthetise three veterans. In parallel, GlobalLogic is developing veteran programmes to help professionals return to work,” says Anna Scherbakova, Head of Operations, GlobalLogic Ukraine & EMEA.

The second and third places were shared by Epam Group companies. Epam Systems decreased its revenue by 10% to UAH 10.22bn, while Epam Digital, on the contrary, increased to UAH 9.24bn. Together, they generated UAH 19.46bn in revenue – 36% of the top ten’s total. At the same time, the combined profit of the two companies fell to UAH 1.78bn.

The fourth position is held by Luxoft Solutions (Luxoft) for the third year in a row. The company’s revenue also decreased by 11% to UAH 4.85 billion, while profit decreased by 16% to UAH 220 million.

The company Kilobyte1024 is a newcomer to the rating, which immediately broke into the fifth place. The company’s revenue doubled to UAH 4.41 billion, and its profit reached a record for the top ten of UAH 2.49 billion. In fact, the company replaced in the ranking fintech Bend – the business of the same owners, Oleg Gorokhovsky and Mikhail Rogalsky, which lost more than half of its income during the year. The company sees three reasons for this success: steady business growth, international investment and the introduction of AI.

Kilobyte1024, part of Fintech-IT Group, not only attracts international investments, but also turns them into stable financial results and long-term capitalisation.

Our singular focus-investing in artificial intelligence as the infrastructure of the future: from automating products to making teams more efficient. It is the combination of investment, technological depth and a consistent approach that allows us to grow even in volatile environments,” said Kilobyte1024.

Another notable update took place in the SoftServe group. Two new companies appeared in the rating at once – SoftServe Digital and SoftServe Matrix. The former took the sixth place, increasing its revenue 1.7 times to UAH 3.75 billion and making 100 times more profit – UAH 214 million.

SoftServe Matrix, established in 2024, received UAH 2.85bn in revenue and increased its profit 2.8 times to UAH 143m. But another company of the group, SoftServe Technologies, left the rating. In total, two SoftServe companies accounted for 12% of the index’s total revenue.

The seventh position was taken by Tietoevry Create Ukraine, formerly known as Infopulse Ukraine. The company’s revenue decreased by 2% to UAH 3.01bn. However, the company’s profit increased by 17% to UAH 389m.

Intellias Institute of Information Technology (Intellias) dropped from fifth to ninth place, as it lost almost a third of its revenue to UAH 2.77bn in 2025. The company’s profit also more than halved to UAH 136 million.

The tenth position is occupied by another newcomer of the rating-Capgemini Ukraine (Capgemini), founded in March 2024. Already for a year of work the company has shown the largest increase in revenue among the leaders: 2.5 times to UAH 2.69 billion. The company’s profit increased by 5% to UAH 282.5 million.

In addition to the already mentioned SoftServe Technology and Fintech Bend, the index was left by two more companies – Hiload Solutions (Favbet) and Squad Ukraine (SQUAD), which also lost in income.

A month after the index was created, some companies found errors in their financial statements and submitted updated data. Because of this, TERRA-e-SOFT left the rating, and Capgeminay moved up into the top ten.
