Ukrainian drones have attacked an oil depot in the town of Velikie Luki, one of the tanks with oil products is on fire, the governor of Russia’s Pskov Region, Mikhail Vedernikov, has said.
According to him, there are no casualties among civilians and facility personnel.
At the airport of Pskov for several hours imposed restrictions on departure and arrival of aircraft, in the morning flight service resumed.
“Velikolutsk oil depot” belongs to the company “Pskovnefteprodukt”.
According to the publication Astra, oil products are stored there for further shipment and distribution by a network of petrol stations, to enterprises and transport companies.
On the night of 21 April 2024, drones have already attacked the Velikolutsk oil depot.
The Pskovskaya Gubernia publication wrote that at that time one drone hit the fence of the oil depot, and the wreckage of another drone was found on the territory of the enterprise.
