Top 100 biggest brands in the world: Apple leads, OpenAI debuts at 60th position

The analytical company Kantar has updated the capitalisation rating of world-famous brands without reference to the type of their activity. For the fourth year in a row, it is headed by Apple – the estimated value of the American company has once again increased, reaching a mark of almost $1.3 trillion.

The second line of the top 100 list was taken by Google, the third – Microsoft, and close the top five Amazon and NVIDIA. In addition, BrandZ analysts noted the rapid growth of capitalisation of brands related to AI-technologies. In particular, OpenAI with its ChatGPT debuted in the ranking on the 60th line with a valuation of $43.5 billion.

At the same time, Kantar’s 20-year anniversary report marked another important milestone as the 100 largest global brands collectively reached a record total brand value. This figure is up 29 per cent on last year, which analysts believe indicates a gradual recovery in the global market.
