Foxconn increased its net profit by 17%

Taiwan’s Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. (Foxconn Technology), the world’s largest contract electronics maker and Apple supplier, increased its third-quarter net profit by 17 per cent, more than market forecasts.

The company said in a report that net profit in the July-September 2025 period was NT$57.67 billion ($1.86 billion), up from $49.3 billion a year earlier. The consensus forecast of analysts surveyed by Bloomberg for the figure was $50.95 billion.

Foxconn’s quarterly revenue rose 11% to $2.06 trillion.

Operating profit jumped 29% to $70.5bn.

In October, the company’s sales rose 11.3% to $895.7bn.

Foxconn shares rose 0.3% at the end of trading on Wednesday. Since the beginning of this year, their value has fallen by 4.7%.
