Insider Yogesh Brar reported on social network X that Nothing is planning to expand its smartphone lineup to include devices with “Lite” or “T” prefixes in the name. The new models could be called the Nothing Phone Lite or Phone T, though that’s just speculation for now.
According to Brar, Nothing’s Pro models have so far failed to live up to the brand’s expectations and the company is trying to appeal to a wider audience. Hence, more affordable smartphones could help boost sales.
Right now, there are no budget models in the Nothing lineup: the closest thing to that can be considered the CMF Phone, while the Nothing Phone (3a) is positioned as a mid-range device with a price of about 329 euros (about UAH 15,000).
As for more expensive models, Nothing’s first attempt to enter the sub-flagship segment with the Phone (3) was controversial and did not bring unequivocal success.
