On the night of 18 October, a large-scale drone attack targeted Moscow, St Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, according to Russian Telegram channels.
According to the Ukrainian monitoring channel Exilenova+, the drones attacked an oil terminal in the Leningrad Region. A storage tank subsequently caught fire.
