Media websites from different countries, including Ukrayinska Pravda, did not open.
According to Downdetector, users all over the world were experiencing problems. Cloudflare said it was working on restoring the service.
As of 14:30 Kiev time, some sites have resumed normal operation, but the X network is still working with interruptions.
Cloudflare is a set of services to maintain the availability and security of sites. It is, in particular, protection from DDoS attacks and access to DNS servers. According to various estimates, Cloudfare services are used by up to 20% of all sites on the Internet.
