This is the first time in the history of the publication when AI models’ photos appeared on its pages.
Social media users were shocked by the result generated by the neural network. Many believe that AI models are promoting unattainable beauty standards and negatively impacting the fashion industry.
“Guess is either doing this to create a talking point and get free publicity, or they want to cut costs and don’t think about the consequences,” plus-size model Felicity Hayward shared.
