US President Donald Trump begins his five-day trip to Scotland on Friday.
He is due to visit two Trump-owned golf courses in Turnberry and Aberdeen between Friday and Tuesday, as well as one of his new golf courses due to open in August.
Trump is expected to arrive at Prestwick Airport in the evening before travelling to Turnberry Golf Course in South Ayrshire. He then plans to attend the opening of a golf course in Aberdeenshire dedicated to his Scottish mother, who grew up on the Isle of Lewis.
His presence will lead to a large-scale operation by Police Scotland and thousands of officers expected to deal with mass protests around his golf courses and in Scottish towns.
