Polish officials, as well as representatives from other European countries, have long accused Moscow of waging a ‘hybrid’ campaign of sabotage and espionage against those countries that have been assisting Ukraine since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion in February 2022.
Moscow has consistently denied Western accusations of terrorist attacks, including arson, break-ins, poisonings and assaults on people in the West.
