Sunscreen is the main companion of our summer. That’s why we answered the most popular question about SPF cream.
Sunscreens come in persistent and unstable. The first ones are denser in texture and are often not afraid of water. And the latter are quite weightless and suitable for use in the city. So, persistent products are not always subject to the usual cleaning with micellar water or gel. Outwardly, you may think that the product has coped with SPF cream, but after a week, closed comedones or other inflammation will appear on the skin. Such symptoms can be the result of improper cleansing. The fact is that a persistent sunscreen should be washed off in two stages:
– The first is with an oil-based product. This can be a hydrophilic oil, balm or any other product that contains oils in its formula.
– The second is with a water-based product. To remove oil residue and deep cleanse your skin, use a gel, foam or milk.
The two-step cleansing process can always be used, whether you use sunscreen in your routine or not. An oil-based product thoroughly removes dense make-up, while a foam or gel is more effective in this case.
