At least 12 people were injured in a knife attack at the central railway station in Hamburg. This was reported by the local police and fire service.
The publication Bild writes that the incident occurred on one of the platforms, and the attacker managed to escape. But, according to law enforcement officials, the suspect was promptly detained. In a statement published in the social network X, it is specified that the attacker injured several people.
As Bild writes with reference to the police, three victims are in critical condition, three more were seriously injured. Six people were slightly injured.
