Russian Federation says oil pipeline damaged near Primorsk port and Kstovo refinery

Russia said that an oil pipeline near the Primorsk port and the Kstovo oil refinery was damaged due to a drone attack.

The governor of Russia’s Leningrad Region, Alexander Drozdenko, said that debris has damaged one of the sections of the oil pipeline near the Primorsk port and that it is safely burning out of the blocked pipe. There are no casualties. According to his data, 19 UAVs were shot down over the Leningrad region this morning.

Also, local authorities in the Nizhny Novgorod region of the Russian Federation said that two facilities of Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez LLC (Kstovo oil refinery) were damaged due to falling debris with subsequent burning, the fire has been localised. Regional Governor Gleb Nikitin said that the Novogorkovskaya CHPP and several residential houses and homestead plots were damaged, there were no casualties.

Both Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez and the oil depot in Primorsk port have already been subjected to drone attacks.
