Xiaomi has unveiled three new limited edition versions of its flagship smartphone Xiaomi 15 Ultra in the colours purple, aquamarine and brown. Previously, the model was only available in white, black and silver variants. The back panel retains a two-piece design similar to the silver version: one part is made of metal and the other is made of dyed leather.
This smartphone is aimed at professional and enthusiast photographers, and along with the new colours, an updated Photography Kit has been announced. The new accessory has a more rounded shape and improved ergonomics, making it less bulky and more comfortable to use.

The Phototail has two buttons: one is used to release the shutter with a half-press function to lock autofocus and exposure, while the second is used to start video recording. The device weighs only 42 grams, but probably doesn’t have an inbuilt battery, which limits its autonomy.
It’s worth noting that the functionality of the new accessory is a bit more modest compared to the previous version. So far, Xiaomi has not announced the release date and price of the new colour variants of the smartphone and the updated phototail kit.
